"The current Terms and Conditions of Sale (https://waytoshop.tech) apply to all products sold to you. These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior terms or any general or specific terms of the customer."

Every organization has its own set of rules and regulations, and we are no exception. We strongly urge all customers to read our "Terms & Conditions" carefully beforehand to maintain a healthy relationship between us.

We are not the official distributors of most of the products we sell. We purchase each product from official distributors and resell them.

Warranty Policy:

Different warranties and rules apply to different products, which we specify before purchase or at the time of delivery. However, we are obligated to resolve any issues within the specified period for products covered by warranty. In some cases, after-sales service may change. For example, if a product states that no warranty or support is applicable after sale, then no warranty will apply after the product is delivered. In such cases, customers should place orders only after understanding this beforehand.

The warranty does not apply to any problems caused by customer errors or device-related issues.

We request that you understand the specific rules of each product before placing an order. Any comments outside the stated rules after purchasing the product will not be accepted.

Warranty Provision:

We are ready to provide support from 10 am to 10 pm during the product warranty period. However, delays may occur in adverse situations, in which case cooperation with time is essential.

We are committed to providing after-sales service for any product covered by warranty, as long as the specified rules (clearly stated before and after product purchase) are followed. Moreover, if the buyer faces any problems with the service or has difficulty understanding, we also provide remote support through (Teamviewer/Anydesk/Google Meet).

We understand that a buyer subscribes for their important work. Therefore, we always try to ensure that the client receives support as quickly as possible in case of any problems. Since this is an online subscription, there may be some delays in support under adverse circumstances. In this case, we take a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 24 hours. Therefore, the customer must order the product with the mindset of having that time and patience.

Delivery:

Since we offer digital services, all our products are delivered via email, Messenger, or WhatsApp. In this case, no separate delivery charge applies. However, charges will apply for the delivery of physical products.

You are requested to provide the correct address on the platform where the product will be delivered (email, Messenger, or WhatsApp) accurately and at your own responsibility. If the wrong email is provided, you need to contact us.

Product delivery time can take a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 24 hours. In this case, please order the product only after knowing the delivery time before placing the order.

Order Cancellation or Replacement:

You can cancel an order only if Waytoshop fails to deliver your desired product after placing the order. Again, you can cancel only if we fail to deliver; otherwise, you cannot.

You can choose an alternative product or a payment refund as a replacement. When choosing an alternative product, you can only order according to the price of the previously ordered product.
